Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead the testing of our AI-powered property management platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing complex software systems, particularly those with AI/ML components.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies to ensure the high-quality delivery of our platform's features and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute test strategies for AI agent decision-making, cross-agent workflows, and performance optimization
  • Test complex third-party integrations (Yardi, Elisa AI, Twilio, payment systems, marketplace APIs)
  • Validate real-time data synchronization, conflict resolution, and webhook processing
  • Conduct performance testing for high-volume concurrent operations and load scenarios
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on AI/ML testing
  • Extensive knowledge of testing tools and methodologies, including Selenium, Cypress, and Jest
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, databases, and DevOps practices
