SAP Ariba Sourcing Consultant Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Ariba Sourcing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in sourcing and be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and Configure SAP Ariba Sourcing Solutions: Develop and deploy effective sourcing strategies that drive business value.
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Gather requirements and translate them into system solutions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support End-to-End Sourcing Processes: RFx, auctions, contract management, and supplier collaboration to deliver exceptional results.
  • Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ERP / S4 HANA and Other Systems: As required, ensuring seamless data flow and minimizing disruptions.
  • Provide Functional Expertise on Sourcing Workflows: Templates and approvals to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct System Testing, Training, and User Support: Ensure stakeholders have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use the SAP Ariba Sourcing solution.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Related to Ariba Sourcing functionality, providing timely and effective support to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
  • Stay Updated on SAP Ariba Product Enhancements: Recommend best practices to leverage new features and capabilities, driving business value and competitiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and systems thinking.
  • SAP Experience: 5+ years, with 3+ years in SAP Ariba Sourcing, demonstrating a deep understanding of the platform and its applications.
  • Ariba Modules: Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management), with a focus on sourcing and procurement expertise.
  • Procurement Knowledge: Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes, including contract management and supplier collaboration.
  • Ariba Upstream Solutions: Experience with Ariba upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM), driving end-to-end sourcing processes and improving supply chain efficiency.
  • SAP ECC / S4 HANA Integration: Familiarity with SAP ECC / S4 HANA integration, ensuring seamless data flow and minimizing disruptions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ariba Certification: A plus, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Good to Have:

  • Ariba Downstream Modules: Exposure to Ariba downstream modules (P2P, Buying & Invoicing), with a focus on optimizing procurement processes and improving cash flow.
  • Global Template Rollouts: Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations, driving standardization and consistency across the organization.
  • Supplier Enablement: Knowledge of supplier enablement and compliance processes, ensuring seamless interactions and minimizing risk.
