Senior Growth Associate Lead Acquisition

About the Position:

Lead our lead acquisition efforts as a Senior Growth Associate with a growth hacking mindset and an obsession for social media and viral trends. Strategically manage and expand distribution channels while reducing reliance on third parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Digital Distribution: Manage paid digital distribution channels to generate high-quality leads.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage a robust lead acquisition strategy through idea creation, execution, review, and iteration.
  • Channel Management: Take ownership of key distribution channels, bringing channel management in-house for direct control and efficiency.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to identify new opportunities for growth and iterate on successful strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics to optimize budget allocation and achieve lead generation goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, focusing on lead acquisition and paid media.
  • Deep understanding of paid digital distribution channels and successfully managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and autonomous approach to work.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Growth hacking mindset with creative, scalable, and unconventional strategy implementation.

Key Skills & Abilities:

  • Paid Media Expertise: Hands-on experience with major paid platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Social Media Acumen: Obsession with social media platforms, including audience behavior and viral trend identification.
  • Channel Management: Ability to manage, optimize, and expand digital distribution channels with minimal third-party reliance.
  • Growth Strategy: Capacity to ideate, execute, and iterate on growth strategies from start to finish.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Excellent analytical skills for interpreting performance data.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and seize opportunities.
  • Creativity: Experimental mindset and capacity for innovative ad concepts and distribution methods.
  • Communication: Effective internal reporting and collaboration skills.
