Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Content Creator to join our team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative content strategies that drive engagement and awareness.

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated and creative individual with excellent writing and design skills. They should have a strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to adapt to changing trends.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.



Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop original content ideas that align with our brand messaging.
  • Design and produce high-quality graphics and short-form videos using Canva and mobile-first video editing apps.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and ensure all content is timely and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to ensure all content is accurate and aligned with overall campaign objectives.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role (1-3 years).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work, including graphics and short-form videos.
  • High proficiency in Canva or similar tools.
  • Experience with mobile video editing apps (e.g. InShot, CapCut etc.).
  • Intuitive understanding of social media platforms and their respective trends.
  • Speed and agility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen interest in Indian politics and current affairs.


Bonus Points
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Previous experience creating content in a media setting.
  • Strong copywriting skills for creating catchy captions.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
