Transportation Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve issues through effective communication with drivers and fleets
  • Enforce high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Confirm ride completion and make necessary adjustments
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, operations, sales, and external stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer support

Requirements:

  • Experience in Tourism & Travel sector or Ground Transportation industry (preferable)
  • Minimum 2 years of customer support experience or similar environment
  • Strong operational and analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work full-time schedule (24/7, 6 days a week)
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Adaptability to fast-paced work environment
  • Attention to detail
