Job Description:

At STAFFIAA, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for evaluating and authorizing Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) applications, acting as a liaison between clients and the financial institution to ensure timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships to drive Home Loan and LAP applications.
  • Engage with DSAs, contractors, and connectors to acquire customers.
  • Follow up on leads and uncover new prospects.
  • Use a mix of outreach methods: phone, email, in-person visits, and networking events.
  • Maintain data in CRM and provide weekly reports.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with 1 year of experience in Home Loans and LAP management, a graduate in any discipline, and tech-savvy with quick adoption of CRM tools. Desired skills include strong customer focus, networking, and negotiation skills, as well as good communication and team collaboration abilities.
