Job Description:

As a product manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing transaction monitoring tools to mitigate financial crime risk. With exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, you will drive technical solutions and lead agile methodologies, technical roadmaps, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transaction monitoring tools to mitigate financial crime risk
  • Experience as a product owner with 14+ years of hands-on experience in transaction monitoring
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, technical roadmaps, and DevOps practices
  • Strong coding skills in Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with data engineering practices for model integration

Requirements:

  • Education: Post Graduate degree in Management/Statistics/Mathematics or Graduate degree in Engineering from a reputed institution
  • Training: 15+ years of hands-on experience in transaction monitoring with at least 5 years focused on financial crime threat mitigation tools and platforms
  • Certifications: Certification from the ACAMS - Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists or equivalent is preferred
