Business Solutions Implementation Expert

This role is critical in ensuring the successful implementation of business solutions. The Business Solutions Implementation Expert plays a key part in understanding and applying the system development methodology to deliver high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Complete activities on moderate to complex projects, understanding business requirements, and delivering results within agreed timelines.
  • Provide support to stakeholders and other IT areas for assigned business applications, analyzing and resolving complex system problems.
  • Participate in training support activities such as documentation authoring and preparation, training preparation and delivery or follow-up.
  • Gather, compile, interpret, and summarize systems and business process changes.
  • Coordinate and participate in testing activities for project configurations, including unit testing, functional testing, integration testing, and UAT.
  • Identify testing risks and contribute to the overall testing effort.
  • Ensure proper operational support transition to impacted business teams after implementation.
  • Manage customer relationships and act as IT liaison during project and problem resolution activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities at the same time.
  • Analytical skills with ability to switch between business and technical terminology.
  • Self-motivated, able to learn quickly, multitask, meet deadlines, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Aptitude for continuous learning of new skills, industry trends, and new technology.
  • Experience with agile development preferred, agile certification a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop productive working relationships with technical and non-technical partners.
  • Good understanding of customer needs and business strategy.
