Telecaller Executive

We are seeking a skilled Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and professionalism.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls providing accurate information about services and doctors' availability.
  • Maintain call records and provide exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a graduate/undergraduate degree with good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Prior experience in hospital/healthcare telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing patient-centric care and support through phone interactions.
  • Maintaining accurate call records and reporting any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Undergraduate degree with good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
