Graphic Design Role

As a key player in our creative team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing innovative design solutions to life. Your expertise will contribute significantly to every stage of the process, from conceptualization and research to designing reusable templates and delivering visually stunning creatives.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and engaging, requiring an instinctive ability to understand the creative brief and design impactful campaigns that stand out from the crowd.

Some of your core responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts and solutions for various advertising channels, including web, mobile, social media, and print.
  • Designing and producing high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content that meets the clients' needs and expectations.
  • Creating reusable templates and design guidelines that can be easily adapted for future campaigns.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and applying them to improve the quality of the creatives.
  • Working closely with account teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience in creating ad banners for different channels and formats.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and strong conceptual skills, with a deep understanding of graphic design fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with key design-related software like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • The ability to juggle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Experience working on website graphics, branding, and motion graphics/animation/video is a plus.
  • A passion-driven portfolio that showcases your creativity and dedication to your craft.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Experience in motion graphics, animation, UI/UX design, or other related areas.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
