Backend Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Java professional with expertise in developing scalable and high-performance backend systems.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based applications with emphasis on multi-threading, concurrency, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain reliable Java-based backend applications with optimal performance
  • Implement and optimize multi-threaded processes for scalability and efficiency
  • Integrate and manage message queue systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • Design and manage relational databases using PostgreSQL
  • Deploy and monitor applications on Microsoft Azure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and product managers
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot production issues and participate in code reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong programming skills in Java (Core & Advanced)
  • Solid understanding of multi-threading and concurrency concepts
  • Experience with message queue systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • Proficient in PostgreSQL or similar relational databases; ability to write complex SQL queries
  • Experience in cloud computing with Azure services
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Candidates should be based in the Bengaluru area and willing to visit client sites regularly.
