The Role of Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee marketing, communications, and branding strategies for all entities and activities within Raintree Group, both locally and globally.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that harmonizes diverse mandates while respecting individual entity identities.
  2. Brand Management: Establish Raintree Group as a global thought leader in philanthropy, impact investing, and workplace mental health.
  3. Entity-Specific Campaigns: Design campaigns that promote:
  • Raintree Family Office: Building a socially conscious investment portfolio that aligns with values.
  • Raintree Foundation: Positioning the foundation as a global leader in climate action, fostering sustainable environmental solutions worldwide.
  • Elephant In The Room Consulting: Building the brand as a leader in workplace mental health solutions.
Global and Local Outreach: Create marketing plans that resonate with Indian and international audiences, leveraging digital, print, PR, and events.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and strategic partners for seamless execution of marketing activities.
