Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious individual to lead multi-layered teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on execution, be highly data-driven, and possess a higher-than-normal sense of ownership.

  • The Operations Lead will be responsible for taking complete ownership of project execution, including profit and loss management.
  • Optimizing existing projects by closely working with the product team.
  • Handling general operations, including daily execution, driving volume, tracking progress, highlighting flags, and daily reporting.
  • Analyzing training needs and providing training.
  • Collecting feedback on a regular basis and resolving any issues.
  • Monitoring team performance to achieve key results areas (KRAs).
  • Mentoring and motivating student workforce members; demonstrating strong people engagement skills.
  • Running pilot projects.
  • Suggesting improvements in processes at every level in operations.
  • Setting goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and targets for team members.

Required Skills:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing an operations team.
  • Proven ability to drive tightly controlled operational metrics.
  • Strong process orientation and business acumen.
  • Good people management, team building, and program management skills.
  • A bias for high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic and unstructured environment.
  • A higher-than-normal sense of ownership.
  • Relevant educational qualifications.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
