Job Title: Vice President Information Technology">

This role oversees the company's technology infrastructure and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide strong executional leadership to ensure IT systems run reliably and deliver business value.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Implement and support core hospitality applications, ensuring seamless integration between property-level and enterprise systems.
  • Partner with business functions to improve guest experience, service consistency, and revenue processes through technology adoption.

  • Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure across 60+ Properties, guaranteeing network reliability and uptime.
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.
  • Maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery protocols.

  • Lead the execution of IT projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Translate operational needs into IT deliverables, escalating strategic alignment issues as needed.
  • Measure and report ROI on IT initiatives.

  • Manage vendor relationships and track performance against SLAs.
  • Evaluate new solutions and pilot initiatives.

  • Lead a team of 6–8 IT professionals, fostering service orientation, performance, and growth.
  • Develop digital literacy programs for Hotel Managers and frontline teams.
  • Foster a collaborative culture that ensures smooth adoption of technology solutions.

  • Execute guest-facing digital initiatives, such as mobile check-in and self-service kiosks.
  • Leverage analytics to provide actionable operational insights.
  • Champion green IT practices at the operational level.

Requirements:

  • Focus on delivery, execution, support, and strategy.
  • Owns Multi-Unit/Location IT operations and project implementation.
  • Serves as the bridge between Hotels, functional stakeholders, and the leadership team.
  • Provides succession pipeline with exposure to transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

">
  • 15+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in multi-property Hospitality or Travel industries.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance platforms).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage distributed IT operations and deliver complex projects.
  • Hands-on understanding of cybersecurity and compliance in India, with knowledge on GDPR and other country privacy compliance an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and SLA governance.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to work across Operations, HR, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Team-oriented leader who can execute effectively under the strategic direction of Head IT.
