About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Natural Language Processing Engineer to join TalentXo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and a proven track record of experience in NLP techniques, text representation, and semantic extraction.

This role involves designing software architecture, implementing NLP algorithms, and collaborating with database technologies to develop robust and scalable NLP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop NLP solutions and algorithms using Python programming language.
  • Design and implement NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction, and data modeling.
  • Architect software systems and applications to effectively handle NLP tasks and requirements.
  • Utilize database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc., for data storage and retrieval in NLP applications.
  • Implement version control using Git to manage the codebase and collaborate with team members.
  • Apply text representation techniques such as ngrams, bag of words, and sentiment analysis in NLP projects.
  • Employ statistics and classification algorithms to analyze and process textual data effectively.
  • Train and finetune Language Model (LLM) models using machine learning techniques.
  • Work with OpenAI or other opensource LLMs to develop NLP solutions and applications.
  • Write robust and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with machine learning engineers and data scientists to integrate NLP solutions with machine learning frameworks such as Keras or PyTorch and libraries like scikitlearn.

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in Python programming language and its libraries for NLP such as NLTK, spaCy, or Gensim.
  • Understanding of NLP techniques, text representation, semantic extraction, and data modeling.
  • Experience with database technologies like SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc., for data storage and retrieval.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git for managing codebase and collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of text representation techniques, statistics, and classification algorithms.
  • Working knowledge of LLM training and finetuning techniques.
  • Experience in working with OpenAI or other opensource LLMs is preferred.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikitlearn) is a plus
