Senior Project Manager - Real Estate Development


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, scheduling, coordination, procurement, contracts, architecture, design, and quality for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for setting project baselines, schedules, and reporting mechanisms for large-scale developments.

You will conduct contract familiarization; attend kickoff/concept meetings and prepare site organization charts and resource plans. You will review and input on construction schedules; develop site infrastructure requirements and budget costs.

You will participate in 3D model reviews, constructability studies, and provide construction-related inputs. Additionally, you will coordinate engineering disciplines for BOQ/tendering, estimate costs, prepare tenders, analyze technical bids, and participate in price negotiations for EPC contracts.

You will set up site offices and infrastructure, monitor resource availability and construction materials. You will oversee billing schedules, progress reviews, contractor bill processing, and subcontracts closeout.

You will resolve technical and contractual site queries, manage documentation for claims/escalations, and prepare completion reports with lessons learned.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High-level communication, decision-making, and technical field skills.
  • Expert coordination of cost, time, and quality parameters; MIS reporting; contractor billing and rate negotiation.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Projects, and Primavera.
  • Fast-track planning abilities and out-of-the-box thinking.
