Visual Design Leadership Role

We're seeking a skilled Senior Visual Designer to spearhead our brand's visual identity. As a key member of our creative team, you'll craft designs that elevate our premium direct-to-consumer beauty brand across all touchpoints.

  • Design Process Ownership: End-to-end design leadership for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral, ensuring cohesive brand expression.
  • Visual Language Development: Establish and maintain a consistent visual language across consumer interactions, from social media to emailers.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with product and marketing teams to bring compelling visuals to life through ad creatives, landing pages, and influencer kits.
  • Innovative Design Solutions: Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design solutions, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Mentorship and Feedback: Guide junior designers and freelancers, providing creative direction and constructive feedback.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus points for Figma/Canva skills.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals, focusing on conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
