Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

As an Automation QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring high product quality through automation testing efforts. This involves collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and DevOps to ensure alignment on quality goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing automation testing efforts to ensure high product quality.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals.
  • Identifying and covering edge cases early in the lifecycle.
  • Working with automation engineers to improve CI/CD pipeline integration and coverage.
  • Proactively identifying quality risks and owning mitigation planning.
  • Leading root cause analyses of production issues and driving systemic improvements.
  • Reporting key quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Championing continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and test architecture.
  • Participating in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient experience with automation (80-90% of day in/out).
  • Solid Selenium/Playwright experience.
  • Proficient experience with Python/Java.
  • Jenkins or any other CI/CD experience.
  • Experience in API automation.
