Medical Image Analysis Expert

We are seeking a skilled Medical Image Analysis Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing innovative solutions for medical image diagnostics.

About the Role

Your primary focus will be on applying deep learning and artificial intelligence techniques to medical image analysis. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and develop intelligent products that provide holistic, explainable, and patient-centric care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Selecting features and building classifier engines using deep learning techniques
  • Applying suitable image processing techniques to solve complex problems related to medical image analysis
  • Developing and implementing solutions to fit business needs using statistical modeling, deep learning, or custom algorithm development
  • Designing and implementing scalable data science architectures for training, inference, and deployment pipelines
  • Ensuring code quality, readability, and maintainability by enforcing software engineering best practices within the data science team

Requirements

  • Strong software engineering skills in Python with emphasis on clean code, modularity, and testability
  • Excellent understanding and hands-on experience with Deep Learning techniques such as ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformers, VAEs etc.
  • Experience with Tensorflow or PyTorch framework in building, training, testing, and deploying neural networks
  • Knowledge of common data science and deep learning libraries and toolkits such as Keras, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Numpy, Scipy, OpenCV etc.
  • Good applied statistical skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices
  • Experience with the development of RESTful APIs and knowledge of libraries like FastAPI
