About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Creative Storyteller Lead to drive creative strategy and high-impact storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling narratives, write engaging copy, and design persuasive campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive business results.
  • Brief and mentor a multidisciplinary team of creatives to produce high-impact assets for global markets.
  • Create campaign platforms, product launches, and brand stories that stop thumbs and elevate the industry on the world stage.
  • Deploy AI tools for ideation, rapid iteration, and performance insights while safeguarding strategic thinking, brand voice, and originality.
  • Translate performance metrics into creative refinements and coach the team to test, learn, and optimize relentlessly.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-converting experiences.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years in content creation, advertising, or marketing and 3 years guiding creative teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing brand storytelling with measurable performance results.
  • Native-level command of English and an editorial eye that catches even the tiniest typo.
  • Proven track record of integrating AI tools into creative processes without sacrificing human nuance.
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, or DTC ecommerce is a plus, but brilliance in any consumer category counts.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent real-world experience.
