Job Title: Solutions Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solutions Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will design, build, and maintain intelligent solutions that automate workflows, integrate with Microsoft 365 and external systems, and solve real business problems quickly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain Copilot Studio agents for internal and client workflows;
  • Integrate with Microsoft 365 apps and approved knowledge sources;
  • Build secure, supportable Power Platform solutions (Apps/Automate/Pages) with custom connectors to REST APIs and external services;
  • Implement API/webhook interactions to orchestrate cross-system processes; instrument and tune performance;
Requirements:
  • Must-have skills and experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform expertise, scripting for integrations, and business partnering;
  • Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Power Platform certifications or demonstrable Power Platform title/track record;
