Job Title: Power Automation Expert

Key Responsibilities:

You will work closely with our technical teams to design, develop, and maintain automation workflows that integrate Microsoft 365, Business Central, and Jira Service Management.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and implement Power Automate flows for ticket creation, enrichment, and notification
  • Monitoring flow execution, troubleshooting automation failures, and implementing process improvements
  • Designing and developing automation solutions to synchronize SharePoint content, customer contacts, and Business Central triggers with JSM
  • Supporting the development of service level agreement (SLA) tracking and reporting dashboards using Power BI and SharePoint
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for all automation workflows created and updated
  • Ensuring operational flow compliance through collaboration with QA/QC and Jira Consultant teams
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience working with Power Automate or Logic Apps
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and JSON fundamentals
  • Understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Jira/JSM is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt
