About this Position:

The Senior Quality Test Engineer I is a senior role in Quality Assurance responsible for developing and executing performance and automation tests. This position collaborates with management to enhance quality standards and process, and plans and executes effective test approaches to accomplish on-time delivery of high-quality software products.

This includes working in a fast-paced environment, applying testing techniques, methodologies and tools such as Postman, Selenium, JIRA and Confluence.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can drive quality assurance efforts, work effectively in agile teams and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance and automation tests.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance quality standards and processes.
  • Plan and execute effective test approaches to achieve project goals.
  • Apply testing techniques, methodologies and tools such as Postman, Selenium, JIRA and Confluence.
  • Work effectively in agile teams to drive quality assurance efforts.
  • Contribute to the success of our projects by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience as a quality engineer.
  • 5+ years experience automating tests with Java or similar language.
  • Working knowledge of testing techniques, methodologies and their application.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently and be a quality champion for the team.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science required.
