Product Merchandiser Position

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Fashion Product Merchandiser to manage relationships with retail partners and vendors, as well as customer communications and product merchandising across online and offline channels.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong connections with retail partners and vendors to ensure seamless coordination on orders, stock, and payments.
  • Frequently update and track all vendor and customer orders, payments, and inventory.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings, adding or removing ready-to-ship items and ensuring a consistent brand image online.
  • Collaborate on line sheets, lookbooks, and product assortments in alignment with promotional campaigns.
  • Manage direct customer interactions through various channels, sharing updates and resolving queries promptly.
  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure that product presentation aligns with the company's aesthetic across all touchpoints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, fashion retail, or customer-facing roles with lifestyle/fashion brands.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with stores and vendors.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital tools like Shopify, Excel, and Whatsapp.
  • Able to balance operational efficiency with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Educational background in Fashion Management, Merchandising, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.

This role plays a central part in maintaining brand consistency across platforms, enhancing customer experience, and supporting sales growth.
