EBS Implementation Specialist

The position is responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle R12 SCM modules. This includes Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Bills of Material (BOM).
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, and WIP.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and configure Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) plans to optimize supply chain processes.
- Design and configure ASCP plans for demand planning, supply planning, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Develop and customize reports, workflows, and interfaces using Oracle tools.
- Perform data migration, integration, and validation activities.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- 8–10 years of experience in Oracle R12 SCM modules with a strong focus on ASCP.
- Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ASCP plans.
- Proficiency in Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and integration capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
