Job Title: Power Platform Solution Developer

Overview:

As a seasoned professional in the field of Power Platform, you have the unique opportunity to champion citizen development and streamline enterprise user-developed applications (EUDAs) within our organization. This role requires expertise in developing custom workflows, automation, and solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.

Responsibilities:

  • Citizen Development Support: Train business users on Power Apps to promote self-sufficiency in application development and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with users, product owners, and developers to design and simplify existing EUDAs, drive strategic direction within the team, and deliver comprehensive Power Platform solutions.
  • Solution Design and Delivery: Develop custom workflows and automation using Power Platform tools, streamlining business processes and increasing productivity, while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • Connectors and Integration: Integrate Power Platform with external connectors and services, enhancing scalability and flexibility, and build and maintain custom connectors expanding the capabilities of our Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration by working closely with developers, system admins, and stakeholders for seamless delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
  • Knowledge of Azure services and integration patterns, enabling effective integration and scalability.
  • Experience in the full lifecycle delivery of Power Platform solutions from design to deployment.
  • Understanding of governance, security, and compliance within Power Platform, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, effectively engaging with diverse audiences.

Desirable Skills:

  • Python for scripting and automation, enhancing technical capabilities.
  • Generative AI and AI modeling experience, opening up opportunities for innovative solutions.
