Mechanical Expertise for High Voltage Inverter Design

The role requires a skilled professional to design and develop the mechanical aspects of high-voltage inverters. As part of this team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions that meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop mechanical packaging, structures, and thermal management systems for high-voltage power inverters.
- Develop expertise in HV inverter mechanical design and development.
- Understand the components of high voltage inverters including power modules, DC link capacitors, EMC filters, and shielding.
- Apply knowledge of clearances and creepage distances.
- Perform basic simulations on structural and thermal analysis.
- Have advanced or expert-level skills in Unigraphics NX (modelling, drafting, plastic & casting design, generative sheet metal, generative shape design, DMU).
- Maintain excellent drafting knowledge and adhere to international standards.
- Apply Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing principles.
- Experience with design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA) is essential.
- Develop strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
