Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to join our team at ChargePoint. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HRIS systems, processes, and data, as well as leading HRIS-related projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HRIS systems, including UKG, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and implement HRIS-related policies and procedures.
  • Lead HRIS-related projects and initiatives, including system upgrades and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to employees and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HRIS administration, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, HR processes, and data management.
  • Experience in managing HRIS implementations, upgrades, and system integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in HRIS-related technologies, such as UKG, Workday, or SAP.
  • Experience in a global HRIS environment with knowledge of international HR regulations and compliance.
