International Baccalaureate Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Baccalaureate (IB) Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and administration of IB programs within the school, ensuring adherence to IB standards and practices while fostering an environment that supports academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Oversee the implementation and administration of IB programs (PYP, MYP, DP, and CP) within the school, ensuring compliance with IB guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Curriculum and Assessment: Collaborate with teachers to align curriculum delivery with IB standards, support the development, implementation, and review of interdisciplinary units of inquiry, and monitor student progress and assessment processes.
  • Teacher Support and Professional Development: Provide professional development opportunities and training for teachers in IB methodologies and frameworks, act as a mentor to new and existing teachers on IB teaching philosophy and best practices.
  • Student Support and Guidance: Monitor student progress, assist with academic advising, particularly for DP and CP students, and provide guidance on college and university applications for IB students.
  • IB Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and update necessary records and documents related to IB program requirements, including student portfolios, assessments, and accreditation reports.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in education or a related field; IB teaching certification is highly desirable.
  • 5-6 years of experience in teaching and/or leadership roles within an IB school or similar international educational context.
  • Experience as an IB educator or coordinator is often required.
Working Hours:

8:30 am - 4:30 pm
