Post Silicon Validation Expert

This role focuses on the validation of CPU functionality and performance in a post-silicon environment.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with strong programming skills in C, along with expertise in Python scripting for automation and tool development.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing automation frameworks or toolchains for validation environments, including functional validation, post-silicon workflows, lab bring-up, and test execution.
  • They should be proficient in debugging workload failures, analyzing system crashes, and performing log-based triage using various hardware and low-level debug tools.
  • Strong understanding of x86 architecture, including CPU core, memory subsystem, and platform-level interactions is essential.
  • Experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as virtualization technologies like KVM, ESXi, and Xenserver is required.
  • Performance validation experience, with a focus on executing and managing validation content across large-scale system farms or distributed platforms, is also necessary.
  • Familiarity with serial log parsers and other hardware and low-level debug tools is beneficial.
