Job Title:

U.S. Accounting Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to lead our Timesheet & Billing team.

The successful candidate will have strong managerial and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members in achieving financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process timesheets and generate invoices for consultants
  • Prepare monthly hours and sales reports, ensuring timely execution of month-end checkpoints and financial analysis
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
  • Review contracts for billing, fees, discounts, payment terms, and other accounting clauses
  • Track contract amendments and notify relevant teams, handle billing disputes from audit teams

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong understanding of US accounting processes, with in-depth knowledge of related laws and regulations
  • Effective communicator with a solution-oriented mindset, able to mentor and guide team members

Requirements:

  • 8+ Years Experience in U.S. Accounting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, with attention to detail and accuracy
