Job Title: Backend Developer

At our organization, we're developing the next generation of relationship intelligence. We're looking for a skilled backend developer to join our team and help us build scalable systems.

About the Role:

  • Develop robust and reliable backend services using NestJS
  • Design and implement GraphQL APIs that meet business requirements
  • Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and data teams to deliver high-quality features
  • Write efficient and modular code that meets coding standards
  • Build and manage microservices and background workers
  • Use Docker and Kubernetes for development, testing, and deployment
  • Implement unit and integration testing (Jest, SuperTest, etc.)
  • Design, build, and maintain backend services with AWS
  • Develop efficient queries and data models in Postgres and DynamoDB
  • Implement containerized applications using Docker
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation
  • Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Continuously improve architecture and suggest optimizations
  • Apply deep understanding of event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka)
Key Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in backend development
  • Proficiency with AWS services
  • Strong knowledge of Postgres and DynamoDB
  • Hands-on experience with Docker
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka)
  • Experience with GraphQL APIs and NestJS
  • Knowledge of cloud services and reliability principles
