Job Description

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the finance operations of our organization.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management and be able to oversee end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Finance Operations:
  • Oversee End-to-End Finance Operations: Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes, including revenue cycle management.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the office, monitor and track budgets, highlighting variances and providing actionable insights.
  • Financial Reporting & Closing: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, ensure timely and accurate submission of reports, prepare balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.
  • MIS, Audit & Compliance: Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS for management decision-making, coordinate with auditors (internal & statutory) and ensure smooth audit closures, ensure strict adherence to compliance requirements and internal controls.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders for finance-related matters, provide financial insights and commercial support to leadership for strategic decisions.
  • Other Responsibilities: Handle any additional assignments or special projects as directed by senior management.
