Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in shaping operational and product strategies for loan repayment. This is a key position that requires a strong background in quantitative fields, data analysis, and database query languages.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in analysing data and using developer tools like Python, R, and Databricks Analytics. They will be responsible for delivering analysis to inform strategy and drive high collection rates, managing teams within collections to optimize workload and efficiency, and monitoring repayment metrics and influencing vendor strategies to maximize repayment at optimal cost.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance loan repayment
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize collection processes and improve efficiency
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement

Our team is looking for a people leader who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and code, with a strong background in quantitative fields, data analysis, and database query languages. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking prowess. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and dealing with ambiguity, they also excel in communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
