We are seeking a seasoned Executive Housekeeper to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. They will be responsible for driving cost management, knowledge of training and sustainability, interior design, chemicals and cleaning equipment, horticulture, and landscaping.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department with a focus on quality service standards.
- Direct and guide staff in ensuring exceptional service levels.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, public spaces, and restaurants.
- Hire and train new staff members to meet business needs.
The successful candidate will have strong computer skills and proficiency in property management systems. A passion for safety and hygiene practices is essential for delivering a positive guest experience.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably as an Executive Housekeeper.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
