Job Title: Healthcare Career Coach

Are you passionate about helping students build their careers in healthcare? We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Healthcare Career Coach.

Job Description:

  • Guide prospective students through the process of finding the right course, from initial enquiry to admission and EMI closure.
  • Convert webinar attendees and registered leads into full-course admissions by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct structured counselling sessions to understand students' goals and suggest the right course for them.
  • Explain program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities clearly and effectively.
  • Manage CRM tools to track lead information, follow-ups, payments, and EMI schedules.
  • Achieve daily calling targets (200+) and monthly admission goals while working closely with Team Leaders to improve conversion rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EdTech/Sales/Counselling/BPO.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability.
  • Comfortable with daily call targets and revenue goals.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.
  • Passion for education and healthcare sector is a plus.
