About the Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions in a technology-driven healthcare company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in U.S. healthcare and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).

The primary responsibilities of this role include collaborating with pathology and laboratory teams, managing product backlogs, prioritizing user stories, leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and driving project execution.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT. Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements is essential.

Candidates should also have hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) – Epic Beaker, Cerner, Sunquest, Orchard, or equivalent – and proven experience in Agile methodology, with ability to lead cross-functional scrum teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
