We are seeking an experienced software engineer to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Develop object-oriented products in a metadata-driven development environment.
  • Write and maintain proven, robust, efficient, and maintainable code using an object-oriented framework and tools.
  • Write reliable unit, integration, and system-level tests that will run on our continuous deployment pipeline.
  • Mentor and learn from other team members through pairing, code reviews, knowledge shares, hackathons, etc.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive technical initiatives.

About You

Key Qualifications:

  • View software development as a collaborative activity, thriving in an agile culture prioritizing teaching and learning.
  • 4+ years of experience developing scalable and resilient applications.
  • Proven experience with one or more object-oriented languages, such as Java, C#, C++, Scala.
  • Strong collaboration skills with colleagues across various functions and experience levels.
  • Prioritize agile software development and building scalable, performant, and highly resilient Enterprise Business Applications.
  • Ability to adapt and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Understand the value of automated tests at all levels of the testing pyramid.

Further Requirements:

  • Team leadership and/or agile leadership experience.
  • Experience with integration technologies.
  • Exposure to modern user interface technologies such as React.
  • Metadata-driven definitional development experience.
