The Ideal Candidate:

• Can explain why a line works, not just its appeal
• Curious about frameworks like AIDA but not bound by them
• Curious and intentional in approach
• Hungry to improve every week

Our Process:

• Reviewing your existing work for evidence of thought and skill
• Completing a small test project (rewriting something mundane in our tone)
• Participating in a video call
