Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate complex problems into clear flows, wireframes, and final UI designs with clarity and craft.
  • Design intuitive journeys for browse, menu selection, cart, checkout, and order tracking that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a lean design system ensuring consistency without slowing creativity.
  • Partner closely with Product & Engineering to bring designs to life through effective collaboration.
  • Review live builds to ensure design intent is met and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • 3-8+ years of product design experience with shipped B2C products, showcasing real problem-solving skills.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of Figma and adherence to structure, clarity, and hierarchy principles.
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and move at a fast pace, ensuring timely project completion.
  • Awareness of accessibility best practices and the ability to create inclusive designs that feel effortless for everyone.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate design and reduce repetitive tasks, increasing productivity.
  • Knowledge of marketplaces, food-tech, logistics, or SaaS dashboards, enhancing understanding of industry trends.
