The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations and be able to develop and implement effective human resources strategies.


Key Responsibilities



  • Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage job postings, conduct interviews, and oversee the onboarding process.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including insurance, stock options, and leaves.
  • Performance Management: Establish performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and help employees set goals.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employer-employee relationships and address employee concerns.
  • Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
