Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM specialist to fill a key role within our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple SCM modules and be able to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

This position requires end-to-end involvement from requirement gathering to configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and implementing Oracle SCM applications including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse Management Systems, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Product Lifecycle Management, and Mobile Supply Chain Applications.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations and technical designs.
  • Performing technical customizations and integrations using Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and APIs.
  • Supporting full lifecycle implementations including setup, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Executing data cleansing, auditing, and migration to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Troubleshooting issues and coordinating with cross-functional teams for resolution.
  • Developing and maintaining functional and technical documentation, including solution designs and process flows.
  • Conducting knowledge transfer and training sessions for users and peer teams.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Proven experience in functional configuration and technical customizations (PL/SQL, APIs, Oracle Forms/Reports).
  • Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects (new rollouts, upgrades, or major enhancements).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or migration from EBS to Cloud.
  • Domain background in manufacturing, supply chain, or retail industries.
  • Oracle certifications in SCM.
