Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Laboratory Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in results.
  • Handle, store, and process biological samples with utmost care and attention to detail.
  • Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of lab equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Record and analyze test results accurately, providing valuable insights for diagnostic purposes.
  • Follow established safety and quality control protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support senior pathologists and lab staff in diagnostic work, fostering a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or equivalent certification.
  • Prior experience in a diagnostic laboratory setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory procedures.
  • Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
