Job Description:

As a key member of our team, the Test Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the end-to-end testing strategy for Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking implementation projects. This includes defining test strategies, overseeing execution, and ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills are also essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • At least 12 years of experience in IT testing, with 6-8 years in core banking testing projects
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale testing programs in Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS versions 11.x - 14.x)
  • Hands-on experience in test strategy design, effort estimation, resource planning, and test execution
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations and modules such as Core Banking, Payments, Loans, Trade Finance, and General Ledger
  • Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, REST APIs, microservices, and batch processing (advantageous for integration testing)
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar) for functional and performance testing
