Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Adrez Advisors Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-performing content that aligns with SEO best practices and drives traffic and engagement.
  • SEO and SEM: Manage and optimize SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic and paid search rankings, driving qualified traffic to our website and landing pages.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring actionable insights are provided to improve future campaigns.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and optimize lead-generation campaigns through digital platforms to drive conversions and support the sales pipeline.
  • Social Media Strategy: Create, manage, and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including organic and paid initiatives.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
  • Paid Advertising: Optimize paid media campaigns to improve ROI, reach new audiences, and drive business goals.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging digital platforms, and algorithm changes to ensure we remain ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Skills: Experience managing social media platforms with a deep understanding of targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
  • Abilities: Strong ability to conceptualize, implement, and manage innovative digital marketing campaigns.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and content quality.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
