Job Overview :

Data Strategy and Innovation :

  • Drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge data strategies that propel business growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy innovative data-driven solutions that tackle complex business challenges.
  • Ensure that data models and analytical systems are aligned with business objectives, enhancing decision-making capabilities.

Analytics Process Optimization :

  • Streamline data preparation, model training, testing, and deployment processes through automation, boosting overall efficiency.
  • Work closely with software engineers and technical teams to develop and implement automation solutions that promote scalability and sustainability.
  • Prioritize the integration of automation at various stages of the analysis workflow to reduce manual interventions and enhance data pipeline processes.

Business Collaboration and Insights :

  • Foster strong relationships with diverse business units, product teams, and operations teams to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Mentor junior team members in extracting valuable insights from data and developing predictive models, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical results and model findings to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical and business objectives.

Data Acquisition and Integration :

  • Negotiate with internal and external data sources to gather necessary data for analysis, ensuring its quality, reliability, and relevance to business needs.
  • Assess and integrate new data sources to enhance existing models or contribute to new initiatives, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Develop efficient processes for managing and cleaning large volumes of data from various sources to make it usable for analysis and model development.

Reliable Solution Development :

  • Establish robust, scalable data solutions that support ongoing business analytics efforts, guaranteeing high availability and accuracy.
  • Create predictive models, statistical analyses, and simulations that help businesses forecast trends, recognize patterns, and make informed decisions.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data solutions, encompassing initial conception and experimentation, implementation, and performance monitoring.

Requirements :

  • A minimum of five years of experience in analytics, holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages like Python/SQL, along with proven problem-solving and debugging skills, familiarity with database technologies, and tools.
  • Statistical knowledge of standard modeling concepts and techniques: Linear Regression, Classification models (Logistic, Random Forest, Clustering, Boosting methods), Neural Networks, and Ensemble methods.
