Unlocking Growth in Building Materials
We are collaborating with a global consulting firm to support a leading building materials company in driving sales growth in select high-potential markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the local sales team in designing and executing growth strategies.
- Identify and activate growth levers in assigned priority markets.
- Develop sales tracking tools and performance dashboards using Excel.
- Build business cases and performance updates for senior leadership via PowerPoint.
- Travel to client priority markets and work closely with local teams to understand market realities.
Your Background:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the building materials sector.
- Exposure to consumer goods sales and channel strategy will also be considered.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Hands-on experience in on-ground sales execution and distributor/channel engagement is essential.
- Educational qualifications: Top-tier MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
