Our organization is seeking a highly skilled finance professional to oversee all financial operations. This role will be responsible for managing reconciliations, reviewing supplier invoices, preparing MIS reports, and maintaining accurate financial data across various systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed reconciliations for customer and vendor ledgers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Review and verify supplier invoices in line with contractual agreements, and record entries in the Business Operating System (BOS).
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly MIS reports, revenue statements, and reconcile income and expenditure reports to ensure financial transparency.
  • Oversee monthly billing for cargo handling and counter sales, ensuring daily/monthly BOS reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Monitor receivables, follow up with debtors, and prepare monthly ageing reports to optimize cash flow.
  • Maintain and update financial data across systems such as RSmart and COSYS, ensuring seamless integration and accurate reporting.
  • Process invoices and accurately record receipts to ensure timely payment and minimize delays.
  • Generate MIS reports and costing sheets for Air India GH & CH using BOS financial data to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure proper documentation and backup for all financial transactions to meet regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Conduct thorough general ledger reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Assist auditors during financial audits and statement preparation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Deliver invoices to airline clients and submit acknowledgments to the team to maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager or department head to contribute to the team's success.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and security standards in all financial operations to protect the company's reputation and assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Commerce or Chartered Accountant Intermediate with 3-7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
  • Master of Commerce or Master of Business Administration (Finance) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management.
  • Proficient in computer applications and financial systems, including ERP systems.
