As a Senior Editor, you will be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of entertainment content.

About the Role:

This role involves leading a team of editors in creating high-quality content for our streaming platforms. You will be responsible for managing clearance notes, supervising team members, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Your expertise in Premiere Pro, Frame.io, and After Effects will be essential in driving our content creation strategy.

About You:

We are looking for a dynamic and assertive individual with a passion for storytelling. You should have a strong understanding of production and post-production workflows, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure will be crucial in this role.

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Support the Post-Production team in executing motion blurs, audio bleeps, and other clearance notes.
  • Manage clearance timelines and resource assignment for the wider team.
  • Lead the communication between post teams, both within the Delhi team and with the wider US Hub.
  • Maintain organizational and naming guidelines as it relates to delivery workflow.
  • Quality check all deliverables to ensure they meet brand and platform guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8+ years in Post-Production as an Editor, with at least 2 years as a senior-level editor in a production environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of standard production/post-tech tools and workflow.
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Frame.io, After Effects, and other video production tools.
  • Deep knowledge of and experience creating high-performing content for all social platforms.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Solid leadership skills with the ability to communicate strategy and objectives clearly.
