**Key Responsibilities**

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Strategist to lead AI-driven projects, with a focus on large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex AI/ML or LLM projects on time and within budget, with a strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, large language models (LLMs), and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.


Responsibilities

  • Lead AI/LLM-based projects from concept to deployment, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with product teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, identifying key milestones and risks.
  • Drive the execution of AI/LLM project strategies, ensuring seamless coordination across engineering, product, and client teams.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI/LLM solutions.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership when necessary, working closely with engineers and data scientists.
  • Ensure that the development and implementation of AI models align with industry best practices and business goals.
  • Stay updated with advancements in AI and LLM technologies and propose innovative solutions for product enhancements.
  • Act as a key point of contact between clients, product, and engineering teams to address both technical and business-related queries.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI/LLM concepts into actionable business insights.
  • Manage client expectations, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to project delivery, resource allocation, and technical challenges.
  • Proactively resolve any roadblocks that may arise during project execution.
  • Ensure quality control throughout the lifecycle of the project, including thorough testing and validation of AI/LLM models.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and post-delivery performance.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in AI/LLM project management processes, utilizing feedback from clients and stakeholders to optimize future projects.


Requirements

  • Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in project management, with a focus on AI or LLM technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and client relations.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex AI/ML or LLM projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, large language models (LLMs), and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM development tools, frameworks, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI/ML development (Python, Java, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
